Office plants - Welcome to Red Hot Plants. We have been established as a retail outlet for over 10 years selling top quality artificial plants and flowers to homes and offices. It is only recently we have progressed to selling our products on a web site. We hope you enjoy our site, please feel free to contact us, we are always looking for ways to update our service and we value your feedback.

We offer for example:
2ft high Hydrangea - real wood trunk, large lifelike flower-heads.
6ft long, Garland with grapes - leaves show new growth, veins and shading, artifical grapes in various bunch sizes hang down.

When will you be Charged? - Your card will be debited when you confirm your order with Secure Trading. If you pay by cheque it will be banked when we receive it.
Pricing Policy - All products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
Delivery Charges - If applicable you will be notified of any delivery charge when making your purchase.

PAYMENT - When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to give your name and address for delivery and your email address for confirmation. You will then be passed to a secure server where you will be asked to enter details of your debit or credit card.You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch or Delta. We will accept cheques, if they are posted to us with a printed copy of our order form. You will not receive an acknowledgement of your order if you choose to pay this way, and we will only dispatch the goods on clearance of your cheque. Orders will not be accepted by telephone.

Don't forget to include your name, address and telephone number including dialing code. We cannot be responsible for any item that fails to reach us, so please register your parcel.
Orders may be cancelled within 5 days being sent to us. You may phone our customer services number 01524 851017or send a fax to 01524 851017 or email at mail@redhotplants.co.uk. If you phone us initially, we would ask that you confirm the cancellation by email. If you cancel before the goods have been despatched, we will refund your money in total within 30 working days.
